I pre-ordered food at 8:45 p.m. (online), when I arrived there was no employee in the entrance area and you didn't know whether you could enter or not, as a customer was already in the shop. There were employees in the back of the shop, but they only moved to the door after 10 minutes. Where already 3 unsuspecting customers were waiting. At 9 p.m. they came up to us and started looking for our orders. At 9:05 p.m. we got our food, which was already lukewarm. There was no apology from the staff because of the 20 minutes delay. For an order over 50 euros I would have expected more. I was actually always very satisfied with the food and service on site when the branch was still operating normally. Very disappointing.

Unfortunately, currently only ordering and picking up is possible, but at least something. But it went well with ordering and picking up. We had ordered via website in the morning and indicated the pick-up time. We only waited 5 minutes after we were able to announce the pick-up on site. Unfortunately, the entrance area is not so easy to see. There were already three people inside, so we stayed outside for the time being. The nice colleague at the entrance then asked us outside what she could help us with, great service. Everything was well packed and was warm at home (20 minutes drive). Everything was delicious, we will definitely come back. Of course, I prefer to enjoy it in the seat when the corona bells and whistles have stabilized. Keep up the good work and use the current possibilities. Thanks and regards

Again, no drink when ordering. So I paid an expensive price again for an incomplete order. Telephone is pushed away. Well, the competition is happy.

A good nice burger place. The drink tastes great and the citizens are good too, but would have to wait a long time. The sweet potato fries were well worth recommending.

Delicious. Large selection and very, very nice staff. Oh and the prices are still within reasonable limits for very good quality. Hans im Glück is absolutely recommendable.

Meanwhile a well-known burger shop. But rightly so, because it tastes very tasty and is highly recommended. Personally, I like the fairy wing (think that's what it's called) very much !!

Positive surprise, great food and great drinks. Burgers are so much more than Mc Donald, Burger King, etc. At Peter Pane, real goodies of this kind are served.

Super tasty burgers. Wonderful service, on our last visit we came with 3 small children and immediately tables were converted and the high chairs put out for us so that we had enough space. The staff are all very nice and attentive, we will definitely be back.

It doesn't get any better! Although the service was busy the staff was very friendly / welcoming. Great mood spread. All other restaurants can learn from this. Then the truffle burger and the dessert for two, topped it all off. The first time that I have nothing to complain about in a restaurant.

Good place to have choice and variety of burgers

Normally 4 stars, as great selection and combination possibilities and also very tasty. Unfortunately far too expensive. Are there better burger places with better quality and cheaper prices in Berlin? And there is far too much food. Staff tippitoppi

Delicious! A wealth of vegetarian options. The lunch deals are pretty good, and I was thrilled with the thirst quencher drink as it was tasty and did actually quench my thirst. I have tried a few burger joints in Kiel and so far this is my favorite. I love all the unique sauce options as well.

Everything super except the menu a bit confusing we have 22 min. needed to get a bit of an overview but thanks to the very nice service we ordered what we enjoyed. Minus star for confusing menu and for a badly marked toilet sign (place) difficult to understand for foreign customers. Ps: menu with pictures for all burgers for a clear menu.

Burgers were outstanding, the service too.. although ordering and waiting for our coffee took more than 20 minutes at 16.00

Previously Burgers were freshly made and tasty. Today and last time (2 weeks ago) the meat is dry. No taste. I reckon the kitchen prepares meat in advance and just reheat it or microwave the meat when orders come. I am not sure I will visit again.

Citizens were very good, fries unfortunately not quite fresh, but delicious sauces. Corona distances are well maintained. Not very cheap in price.

The staffs are friendly and the food ate delicious.

If someone likes to eat geman food, I recommend it! For me it's too dry, the meat is very average and the are not so may additives. Service and decoration very good.

Really good food but the best are the cocktails. The cocktails are very large and worth the money. Finally a place that serves a large enough cocktail where i actually can justify paying 6 or 7 euro.

Great vegan options! The one on the front is the Panflote on the vegan section and the back one is the Uberflieger with chicken.
